The in-line high-speed dispersing emulsifying pump - electric heating high-shear emulsifier
integrates compactness and convenience. It can operate in small batches, outperforming batch-type dispersing emulsifiers. It can simulate on-site working conditions in the laboratory for circulation or online continuous processing, featuring high efficiency, homogeneity, and no dispersing dead zones. Equipped with original German motors, it ensures more stable operation and lower noise.
The high-speed motor can be optionally matched with a stainless steel jacketed working chamber or a glass working chamber. The high-speed rotating rotor cooperates with the precision stator working chamber, relying on high linear velocity to generate strong hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting and collision, fully dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, pulverizing and mixing the materials, and finally obtaining stable high-quality products.
